At Kiviato, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

- Final sale or clearance items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at contact@kiviato.com with photos, and we’ll replace it at no cost.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for covering your own shipping costs for returning your item unless it was defective or incorrect.
